I don’t have a dog. But if I had a dog it would be a Scruffy Dog. I was looking for a casual snap back trucker hat that was “non-branded.” (I didn’t want a big name company plastered across the front of the hat.) The Scruffy Dog hat looked like it would fit the bill. I like the denim look on the front/bill. The darkened color of the mesh in the back (as opposed to bright white) gives the hat a bit of a worn in look which I also like. The retro vintage look is very appealing.

The only issue I have with the hat is that it’s made in China. Would have preferred for it to be made in the USA. Despite that, this is a nice hat that can be worn with many types of attire. I expect to wear it quite a bit.

This is a really nice quality hat with a good durable feel to it like it will really be able to stand up to some abuse. It fits well (I have a pretty small head that trucker hats can look kind of crazy on if they are too big) and the mesh makes it workable for the hot summer months. The embroidery and stitching seem to be of good quality without any visible or sloppy stitching mistakes. I think the logo could have been a little bit smaller in my opinion but is not that big of a deal and it doesn’t take away in big way from the overall quality and look of the hat.

I ordered this hat for a cool summer vibe. We’re always at the beach or around it and everyone has dogs. We often have our son’s Frenchie’s with us and this hat would’ve created a nice talking point at the dog park or something like that. The hat is well made and would have been really cool to wear. Amazon killed all of that vibe, including the hat. The hat arrived looking like every delivery driver it came across used it as a seat cushion until it got to my house. You have to ship hats like this in boxes Amazon. These delivery drivers are moving too fast to care about what’s in a padded envelope. That’s just the way it has to be if you don’t want a bunch of returned hats. Please make sure you give this hat a nice burial. THIS IS NOT ON THE MFG!

This is a great hat – and I love the message: “Looking good, feeling great”. The material and workmanship is high quality and durable. I suspect this hat is going to last me a long time. The hat has an adjustable strap, and using the 2nd smallest setting the fit on my head is perfect. I also love that the rear section of the hat is open mesh, as this makes it cooler and more comfortable to wear. This cap has quickly become my “go-to” when heading outdoors and needing to wear a hat.
