We want you to be happy with your gear—but we also expect returns to be fair and reasonable.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition, with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please use our Returns Form link or contact us at thepack@scruffydog.online.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Exchanges & Sizing

Need a different size or colour?
Start a return and place a new order once approved—we’ll process your refund once your item is received.

If your preferred size or colour is out of stock, contact us at thepack@scruffydog.online with your order number. We’ll let you know if a restock is coming or help you find the best alternative.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

We stand by our gear—if something’s not right, we’ll work with you to sort it out.
