We aim to keep our shipping process straightforward, reliable, and efficient—so your gear

gets to you without the wait.

Shipping Origin

All Scruffy Dog products are shipped from our Utah, USA warehouse.

- Orders placed before 2PM (Mountain Time) are shipped the same business day

- Orders placed after 2PM (Mountain Time) are shipped the next business day

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its

progress.

We ship via USPS and FedEx.

2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, with some East Coast

deliveries taking an additional 1–2 days.

- Free shipping on orders over $100 (excludes t-shirts)

- Standard shipping: $7 flat rate (may vary by location)

Our t-shirts are produced separately using a print-on-demand partner.

- Production time: typically 2–3 business days

- Shipping time: typically 3–5 business days

Please note:

- T-shirts may be shipped separately from other items in your order

- Delivery times for these items are longer due to the production process

While we work to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by

carrier delays or peak periods.
